We love our Benmore bench for its simplicity & versatility. It has a myriad of uses. Move it around your home as your lifestyle changes. You can use it outside in summer & move it inside when the seasons cool.

Use it as a seat at your dining table or a form at the end of a bed. It can be a statement piece in your entranceway, or a special space to sit on your porch.

The additional design feature of a moveable solid metal plate creates a multitude of options. Position the plate on top of the wire seat to create a stable place for cups & glasses. Place the plate on the bottom rungs to create a space to hold shoes, books, & plants, or remove it entirely for a sleeker more streamlined look.

Each bench comes with one plate included, with extras being available for purchase separately, enabling you to add more as you need.

Before powder coating, we spray each wire chair with a special PVDF base coat, ensuring durability & rust resistance. Because of this they can be used both indoors & in sheltered outdoor areas. If you live near the ocean, or in an area of high rainfall, we recommend that you check out our stainless steel range.

Our Montalto Oak side table is now available all in black. Designed to suit every home, the All Black Montalto is light enough to move around from room to room as you need, while still being sturdy, it’s beautiful to look at & made to last!

All our oak components are made locally here in Christchurch, New Zealand. This allows us to work closely with our cabinet maker, ensuring everything is just as we want it. Every top is subtly different from the next and of a quality that will last a lifetime – NOT just a season.

There is a lot of love involved! First, the solid oak timber is hand-selected to make sure the grain & the colour matches, then it’s machined & glued. Next, we sand it smooth & stain before sealing. After that, we apply a silicone-free lacquer for premium protection. Its a lot – but worth it!!!

(As timber is a natural product, direct sunlight will cause damage just like it does to our skin, so avoid placing your pieces in direct heat and sun where possible).
