Sage and Grace Gluten Free Cake Kit | Sticky Date w/ Seasonal Fruit
This is an ever popular cake on our cake menu so I thought I would share the goodness with you all. It is beautifully soft cake with seasonal fruit of your choice, we recommend pears, feijoas, and apples but you could use anything you love with sticky date. Or even leave the fruit out. It has warming spices and it perfect served warm as a pudding or cooled and iced as a cake. As the cooler evening are apon us it is a wonderful evening treat.
This cake kit is gluten free, and also has an option to be dairy free,
You will need eggs, butter and yoghurt or coconut cream.
Cake Kit Ingredients
S&G Gluten-free Organic Flour Blend (brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, tapioca flour, guar gum), dried dates, almond meal, organic coconut sugar, shredded coconut, baking powder, cinnamon, mixed spice, baking soda, salt.
Made in a facility which also processes cereals (gluten), tree nuts, egg, sesame seeds.
Store in a cool, dry place.
